Motivation
Now I know I have been saying all along how hard it is to become motivated. Well I have found the answer that might solve all of your problems. I found a site with ten tips for staying motivated. I think that you will really enjoy them and since the hardest part of exercising is getting started, once you use these tips and get motivates, the exercising will occur a lot more frequently. So please check it out and let me know if they are helpful or not to you!
Exercise Plan
I have a good idea that might help you get a jump start on exercising. It is a website that will plan out an exercise plan for you. It is very beneficial to start off like this. A lot of people do not know where to start when they decide they want to begin exercising.
If you go to this site, then you will be able to get a set plan and know exactly what kind of schedule to follow. Also, if you want to lose weight, you should try to find a site that will plan out a nutrition plan for you. It is very important for you to eat healthy when you exercise if you are working to lose weight.
At the gym….
I think that its really hard to motivate yourself to go to the gym. That is why when I go, I like to keep it short and move around a lot to different machines. If you are a women like me, it is better to do a little bit of exercise on every part of the body every time you work out.
For guys, they usually lift one area of their body hard one day, then skip it the next. To get toned, women should not be lifting extremely heavy weights, but lighter ones that they are able to do a lot of repetitions of. If you are anything like me, you hate cardio, so I would suggest doing like 15 minutes of cardio, probably running to get your heart rate up, and then do some weights for everything like arms legs abs back and chest. If you keep it balanced and can stick to doing this kind of routine like 4 to 5 times a week, you should definitely see some results after about a month. What is frustrating about working out is not seeing results right away. You need to be patient and be able to keep up with the gym or it won’t do you any good at all.
Prevent Colon Cancer
I was surprised when I read in an article that exercising is more important than giving up red meat and alcohol when it comes to reducing your risk of colon cancer. Apparently, a new study was conducted which looked at more than 100 previous studies on colon cancer risk factors, and concluded that exercising and not smoking play major roles in reducing your risk for colon cancer. For you to understand the article better, I thought these few lines summarized it pretty well, “Overall, researchers found, high intake of red and processed meats, smoking, obesity and diabetes were all linked to a 20 percent increase in the risk of colorectal cancer. In contrast, people who exercised the most had a 20 percent lower risk of the disease than their sedentary counterparts.”
The article states that the colorectal cancer is a lifestyle disease. There are things people can do to greatly reduce their risk of getting colon cancer, and a great deal of it has to do with exercising, quitting smoking, not drinking, and the list goes on. I was happy that I came upon this article because now I know that even though colon cancer can be a hereditary disease, there are many steps everyone can take to reduce their risks. I was unaware that exercising could have such a big effect on whether or not you could get colon cancer. This information is said to be new but I believe it. Do you guys find this information believable? Or do you think that cutting out red meat and alcohol consumption is a better road to take when trying to reduce your risk of getting colon cancer?

Annoying Abs
One thing that people are obsessed with when they exercise is getting abs. I found a website that shows the top 10 ab exercises. I know that when I worked out for a long time I would do hundreds of sit ups every time I was at the gym. I do not really think they did much though. That is why I was thrilled when I saw this website with all different ab ideas. Sit ups can be very boring and I feel like they only work your upper abs. I want to focus more on my lower abs now that I have been trying these new exercises I can really feel a difference in my stomach.
