Now I know I have been saying all along how hard it is to become motivated. Well I have found the answer that might solve all of your problems. I found a site with ten tips for staying motivated. I think that you will really enjoy them and since the hardest part of exercising is getting started, once you use these tips and get motivates, the exercising will occur a lot more frequently.
